1. What Yaphook is

Yaphook is a free, independent service for building and sending messages for Yapin’. It is not operated by Yapin’. The terms of Yapin’ apply in addition.

2. Who may send

You may only send on servers where you are the owner, an administrator, or have the “Manage messages” or “Manage server” permission. The service checks this on every request.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for every message you send. Not allowed are unlawful, insulting or discriminatory content, spam, fraud and spreading malware. You may only create role buttons for roles without moderation or administration permissions.

4. Availability

The service is provided as is and without any guarantee of availability. Features may change or be removed.

5. Blocking

Anyone who violates these terms can be excluded from the service without warning. The operator may also remove the bot from servers.

6. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
